What are the benefits to using a FHS needle?

The Schmetz FHS needles are ideal for use when there is a need for frequent needle size changes.  One hook setting on the machine fits all needle sizes and no hook re-adjustment is necessary when changing the needle in size range.  The distance from hook point to the scarf and from the needle guard to the eye area remains the same for all Schmetz FHS needle sizes.  This needle allows for increased production output and more efficient operators.
