HT240526 DIAL TYPE TENSION UNIT (YN/ZN) COMP.***

HT240527 DIAL TYPE TENSION UNIT (YN/ZN) COMPLETE***

REPLACES HT240526, HT240524, HT240525.AND HT240820 Directions when using this part to replace the older HT240320 tension unit. Completely remove the set screw holding HT240320 in place, if you already haven't done so. Remove the large Brass nut (attached to the HT240150 base) in the backside of the tension assembly. Then remove the old HT240150 base (see parts book) from the front of the tension assembly case. You may need to rotate the base slightly one way or the other with pliers so the flat spot is lined up correctly in the case, and then the base will slide out easily. The new HT240526 tension unit comes with a new base installed. Insert the tension unit in the front of the tension assembly case, with the flat spot on the bottom, and re-use the Brass nut to tighten it in place.
